Sittin at ihop tonight watching the boys play some MTG. Just finished up with Cathy's wedding pictures.. They came out pretty good considering we were in a cave. The wedding was on Halloween inside Cave of the Winds. It was a handfasting ceremony. My second handfasting ceremony this year. Pretty awesome. Being inside a cave meant some things were left out. There was no broom jumping. I was told in advance there would be costumes... that wasnt true but Greg is a funny guy.

My head is spinning with ideas and things I have to do. Things aside from this blog.

>>I just got off work and am trying to streamline and focus for a minute to finish up a wedding shoot. The pics look great. Instead, we are watching family guy and blogging and talking about work. The guys actually finished all their work this week. Shelby is still here, she chose to not go to her dads this weekend. Shes tired of babysitting his new girlfriends friends kid and being ignored. I think its sad, but Im not complaining, I love having her here with us.

We got the townhouse we wanted! So, cheers to saving a ton of money! It will come in handy later with some of our dream-chasing.

This blog is mostly for me. To streamline thoughts, to share with you and maybe to get some help from you. Homeschool is not as easy as it looked. The kids are getting better about staying on task though. We are going to switch our method to unschooling just as soon as we finish the unit on Ancient Greece. I had a whole plan, I had all these ideas, but they dont really seem to fit our lifestyle. And our lifestyle doesnt really seem to fit our lifestyle anymore. Its alot some days and I wonder what we are doing. Then there are days where I have a spark of genius and am always so excited to find out that no matter what crazy plan I come up with, Brodi and the kids are always very supportive... whether they are on board or not. The will lovingly tell me Im crazy.

Now Im off to get some stuff done!

Our family is just getting started. Version 2.0 anyway. I am divorced with 2 kids and Brodi hasnt been married... yet. Mwahaha! Im kidding, really. He picked me. And on Halloween, he proposed. He asked the kids first and they were so super excited its unreal! They love him! I love him!  I never thought that I could be this happy and blessed.

We started homeschooling this year. Its had its ups and downs and its not as easy as it sounds. But, we are hanging in there. Im not closer to knowing what I am doing, but I have some direction and have found about a million blogs that are amazing and helpful. So many ideas out there! Luckily, my family has absolute faith that I'll figure it eventually... LOL!
